The home of Tulsa Ballet since 1992 is a 37,392 square-foot building located on a 7.29 acre site at 1212 E 45th Place (just west of Peoria). Renovated from a school into a state-of-the-art facility specific to the company's needs, the structure contains administrative and ticket offices, costume and scenery workshops and storage, and three rehearsal studios.
Studio K, Kivisto Hall, added in 2007, is a state-of-the-art performance venue located within Tulsa Ballet's studio/office complex. The 300-seat theater is the setting for some of Tulsa Ballet's contemporary performances and is available for rental to arts groups, nonprofit organizations and corporate entities throughout the year.
